"Our laboratory is able to provide testing for NGU and NCNGU, which many major commercial laboratories are unable to perform," said Dr. Arani. "NGU testing requires direct microscopic analysis, which depends on trained eyes and specific qualification."

The clinic said its testing accuracy is regularly validated through state-administered proficiency testing. "The state periodically provides unknown biological samples for proficiency testing, which validates the accuracy of our lab results," Dr. Arani said.

Recent Recognition

Arani Medical Lab said it recently received a perfect score on a site inspection conducted by public health officials. The clinic has also been recognized by the Los Angeles Mayor's office and City Council members, according to a video posted by the clinic documenting the recognition.
